Senior Solution Architect

Seeking a seasoned professional Solution Architect to join a well-established and collaborative Architect Team.  Your role will be defining and maintaining technical vision and the architectural runway within their Agile Release Train. 
 
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

• 10+ years of experience in system architecture, preferably in a SAFe or Agile environment
• 5+ years’ experience in leading technical teams by connecting architecture to design and system implementation.
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to understand how to translate business requirements into systems architecture and to implement solutions across multiple technologies to create end to end solutions.
• Do you have solid ERP experience?
• Having Workday and/or HRIS experience would be a bonus
• Communication and collaboration are key
• Ability to analyst complex problems to provide innovation solutions
