Senior Business Analyst - Customer Portal

Seeking a Senior BA with experience working in a Product environment, you will also have solid understanding of UX and a CX mindset.

This role is a great fit for someone who’s proactive, design-minded, and genuinely focused on improving the customer experience.

This is a senior hands-on role, perfect for someone who can bring strong design thinking into an Agile squad and work closely with Product managers and developers to deliver simple, intuitive digital experiences.
 
To qualify for this unique opportunity, you will have:
  • 5+ year experience
  • Previous experience working with Customer Portals
  • Ability to translate user journeys into structured, testable requirements
  • Ability to hold your own in discussions about front-end coding and architecture, API contracts, and usability trade-offs. 
  • Solid Agile delivery experience in a product team
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Ability to shape journeys, screens, and functionality from insight through to release.
  • Strong communication skills are essential - we need someone who can make the complex simple for both developers and stakeholders.
