Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure

This role is about translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable work for the engineering, rollout, and support teams.  You will support the delivery of core infrastructure services, working across product, engineering, rollout operations, ensuring the ability to connect securely and reliably.
 
To qualify for this amazing opportunity, you will have:

• 5+ years BA experience
• Strong experience supporting infrastructure rollouts and service operations
• Deep understanding of secure access, network design and delivery coordination
• Comfortable collaborating with technical leads, field operations, and customer support.
• Experience working across Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, and scheduling tools to support process design, test coordination, and end-to-end rollout readiness.
• You will thrive in delivery heavy environments, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts, and not afraid to jump into the details when systems don’t behave as expected.
• Strong communication, technical fluency, and a calm, structured approach to problem-solving will go a long way.
