As a career recruiter, his recent experience outside of New Zealand allows him to bring back thought leadership at the forefront of the TA debate. Craig gets to work with our clients on the big picture around effective talent acquisition methods, but more so, what it means for their employment brand and the nature of the engagement experience candidates can expect. Craig has a very natural and knowledgeable communication style that will help decipher the current TA noise and craft a deliberate and pragmatic pathway to the right solution for the right problem.

Connie has over ten years experience in IT, working for a range of solution providers in resourcing, talent acquisition, and account management roles. Her passion is working closely with Presto clients to understand their business environment and their resourcing needs and challenges, and to find great people that are the perfect fit for their needs.

Connie is able to provide clients with strategic resourcing and capacity planning services, as well as project-driven recruitment for permanent and contract roles. She is committed to providing excellent support to both candidates and clients throughout the talent acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding process.

Dheeraj is a talent acquisition professional with extensive recruitment and resourcing experience in domains including Technology, Sales, Consulting, Customer Service, Accounting & Finance, and Analytics. He has been a part of the talent acquisition team for Infosys BPM in India and the Philippines. He is a Competency Based Interviewer, certified by Development Dimensions International. He also has an experience in project management, SAP implementation and training delivery.

Dheeraj believes that effective stakeholder management is key to building strong relationships with Presto Resourcing clients and candidates.

Having worked in the IT Industry for a number of Technology Companies prior to his recruitment career, Craig understands IT, its application in business, and has hands-on experience in a variety of IT technical roles.  He has a solid network of contacts across the IT industry and thrives on the challenges of finding that special resource for his clients.

With a diverse ethnic background, Teodora has developed a well-rounded career incorporating sales, business development, talent recruitment, workforce planning, process re-engineering and alongside that a strong understanding of cultural diversity and adaptability. She is very personable, consultative and especially skilled at understanding her clients resourcing needs.

While living in Europe, Teodora worked for a global recruitment consultancy Mercuri Urval, recruiting talent for clients across the continent. Her professional background also includes experience in Business Process Outsourcing for PWC.

In New Zealand since 2006, she’s worked for Madison Recruitment, Lansgate Ltd and IT Beyond Recruitment. Overall, Teodora  - aka Teds (known by her colleagues) brings 15 years of IT recruitment, 5 of those recruiting in the IT Security space. She is currently leading the IT Security resourcing practice within Presto.

Having worked in Wellington for over 6 years, she has built a strong network in the IT Talent market in New Zealand. She pioneered the formation of Presto’s team, establishing strategic partnerships and bringing her tone and pace into the brand. Her appetite for delivery and finding the right talent for the right role makes her a key for your business’ success in Talent Acquisition.

She carries global experience having previously worked in Singapore and India in IT Recruitment. Dhruti is an expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and was listed as one of the top 40 social recruiters in Australia and New Zealand by LinkedIn.

With a background in Recruitment and Professional Development, Leigh is a trusted advisor to both client and candidates.  She has in-depth knowledge of the Wellington Market - government and private. Originally from Scotland, Leigh brings a certain type of humour and flair to her interactions and builds genuine relationships.  Leigh is the co-organiser of #wellyrecmeetup and is very well networked around town, this enables Leigh to find just the right fit for candidate and client.   When Leigh is not at work, she can be found hanging out with her family and friends and pestering her husband about buying her that horse he promised her if she moved back to NZ!

A qualified and experienced sommelier, her palate is sophisticated and well rounded, and this adds a great depth to the team in her role as business support.

Like wine and its complexities, Nastajia has worked in restaurants, boutique hotel, classrooms, construction sites and corporate offices and enjoys the challenges of coordinating, organising and managing projects and people.  

The challenges of navigating through these are skills and experience that Nastajia brings to the team.

Chris is now back to NZ and is committed to bringing his brand of professionalism, quality service, and personality to Presto and the Wellington Professional Services and IT talent markets. He believes in the importance of cultural fit, and his human approach makes him especially skilled to find you the right fit. He is a multitalented husband, amateur baker, and a pun lover.
