As a career recruiter, his recent experience outside of New Zealand allows him to bring back thought leadership at the forefront of the TA debate. Craig gets to work with our clients on the big picture around effective talent acquisition methods, but more so, what it means for their employment brand and the nature of the engagement experience candidates can expect. Craig has a very natural and knowledgeable communication style that will help decipher the current TA noise and craft a deliberate and pragmatic pathway to the right solution for the right problem.

Connie has over ten years experience in IT, working for a range of solution providers in resourcing, talent acquisition, and account management roles. Her passion is working closely with Presto clients to understand their business environment and their resourcing needs and challenges, and to find great people that are the perfect fit for their needs.

Connie is able to provide clients with strategic resourcing and capacity planning services, as well as project-driven recruitment for permanent and contract roles. She is committed to providing excellent support to both candidates and clients throughout the talent acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding process.

With a diverse ethnic background, Teodora has developed a well-rounded career incorporating sales, business development, talent recruitment, workforce planning, process re-engineering and alongside that a strong understanding of cultural diversity and adaptability. She is very personable, consultative and especially skilled at understanding her clients resourcing needs.

While living in Europe, Teodora worked for a global recruitment consultancy Mercuri Urval, recruiting talent for clients across the continent. Her professional background also includes experience in Business Process Outsourcing for PWC.

In New Zealand since 2006, she’s worked for Madison Recruitment, Lansgate Ltd and IT Beyond Recruitment. Overall, Teodora  - aka Teds (known by her colleagues) brings 15 years of IT recruitment, 5 of those recruiting in the IT Security space. She is currently leading the IT Security resourcing practice within Presto.

Beginning his recruitment career specialising in Sales & Marketing in the UK. He is now taking the plunge into the world of IT Recruitment providing tailored resourcing solutions for start-ups and global outfits.

Drew has been working in the recruitment industry for the last 5 years in Wellington. Originally from Canada, he spent years travelling around Europe, South East Asia, and the South Pacific. It was in these years travelling that Drew realized his love of meeting new people from all different walks of life and the satisfaction it brings him to be able to develop a rapport with different types of people.

He began as an admin support recruiter for permanent and fixed term placements and has since grown adding IT contracting roles to his skill set.

Helping the right candidates find the right jobs is a tremendously rewarding experience for Drew.

Craig works for Presto as our Auckland based Delivery Lead for both Presto & our parent company Optimation Group.  Craig has a passion for IT and has worked for a number of Information Technology & Software Development companies prior to commencing his career in Recruitment and Talent sourcing.  Leveraging off this experience, Craig is quickly able to respond to his clients needs and always ensures a professional and friendly experience, coupled with top level candidates who consistently exceed expectations.  Outside of work Craig enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, tramping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Anneke is a great addition to the team here at Presto, she has worked within the Recruitment industry for 5 years where she has successfully resourced candidates in a variety of roles spanning business / change transformation and information technology, in both permanent, fixed term and contracting roles.

Anneke is committed and passionate about ensuring the candidate has a positive recruitment experience, and the hiring manager feels that they have engaged the very best person available.
When Anneke is not at work, she can be found hanging out with friends and family, dining at some of the amazing eateries / restaurants Wellington has to offer or just road tripping around our beautiful country Aotearoa!

Originally from South Africa she and her family are enjoying their new lives in beautiful New Zealand.

Czarinna is a well-rounded professional who has almost 3 years of work experience in Recruitment and HR combined. She was previously connected with a US-owned outsourcing company in the Philippines and is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for various vacancies such as Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT. Aside from Recruitment, she has an in-depth understanding of the local HR and Administrative works which give her an edge in dealing with potential candidates and clients. She has a vision of making talents stand out by finding them the job, company, and culture that would best suit them.

She spends her free time hanging out with her family and friends and engages with people who can further enhance her professional skills. Czar also enjoys writing essays for her personal growth, watches documentaries, and TV series whenever time permits.

Junie is a dedicated Recruitment professional with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry mainly catering to clients from New Zealand, Australia, and the US for a variety of roles – be it technical or non-technical. She has been in the Recruitment industry for 4 years with experience in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing up to onboarding. She is passionate about helping individuals land a job where they will thrive and drive meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Junie enjoys traveling to new places, trying out cafes/diners, and spending time with family and friends. She is a very open individual who is always down to try new ideas and experiences that would also help her grow as a person.

She has broad experience in doing end to end recruitment for various roles and has proven that she can collaborate effectively to fill in the critical vacancies of her clients. She finds dealing with people from different cultures very interesting and highly engaging, hence her career goal of joining a multinational firm and connecting talents across the globe and find their matched skillset/jobs. Apart from these, she is also trying to perfect her skills in becoming a resource who can influence her colleagues and the organization positively.

Gwen loves to travel with family and friends, or  watch movies; give her a book and she will finish reading it in no time as well.
