Craig looks after our Talent sourcing team here at Presto Resourcing and is always on hand to assist the team and his clients in sourcing those standout candidates. 

Craig has a passion for IT and has worked for a number of Information Technology & Software Development companies prior to commencing his career in Recruitment and Talent sourcing so has an in-depth understanding of what he is sourcing for. This experience has given him the edge to quickly pinpoint and match skillsets to a person through his huge network of contacts in the industry.  

Craig always ensures a quality experience for both his customers and his candidates and is always on hand to have a chat or discuss sourcing strategies.

Outside of work Craig enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, tramping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Connie has over ten years experience in IT, working for a range of solution providers in resourcing, talent acquisition, and account management roles. Her passion is working closely with Presto clients to understand their business environment and their resourcing needs and challenges, and to find great people that are the perfect fit for their needs.

Connie is able to provide clients with strategic resourcing and capacity planning services, as well as project-driven recruitment for permanent and contract roles. She is committed to providing excellent support to both candidates and clients throughout the talent acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding process.

Sarah-Jane O'Brien

Sarah-Jane is a passionate consultant with 15 years' experience in the IT and recruitment industry. Having worked at a leading MSP in New Zealand, coupled with her genuine interest in people's career goals and businesses evolving needs, she is adept at understanding and building resource and/or technology solutions to empower her clients. Sarah-Jane is committed to developing long lasting relationships that add value to both candidates and clients and delivers a quality service that makes her a trusted partner of choice.

Drew has been working in the recruitment industry for the last 5 years in Wellington. Originally from Canada, he spent years travelling around Europe, South East Asia, and the South Pacific. It was in these years travelling that Drew realized his love of meeting new people from all different walks of life and the satisfaction it brings him to be able to develop a rapport with different types of people.

He began as an admin support recruiter for permanent and fixed term placements and has since grown adding IT contracting roles to his skill set.

Helping the right candidates find the right jobs is a tremendously rewarding experience for Drew.

Persia is a resourceful individual with a proven track record in customer service, communications, and technical support. She has a wide range of skills with a background in Journalism and Information Technology. Her experience in both fields helped her in finding passion to leverage on communications and technology to innovate business solutions.

Prior to joining Presto Resourcing, she was a Senior Technical Support Specialist and was responsible for taking complete ownership of diagnosing and resolving technical enquiries and requests. This experience built a strong foundation for her customer service skills.

Roman is beginning his recruitment career with Presto.

What attracted Roman to this role was the opportunity to develop his knowledge of IT as well as building upon his true passion – connecting with others.

It was his background in stand-up comedy that highlighted the importance of being an effective communicator. Since then, Roman has been finalising his degree in Marketing Communications as well as working in various Customer Service positions.

He is excited to merge his background in Performing Arts, his interest in IT and affection for connecting with people to deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Gwen is a versatile Recruitment expert who has worked in the IT, Manufacturing and Offshoring/Outsourcing industries in Asia, NZ, and AU. She has broad experience in doing end to end recruitment for various roles and has proven that she can collaborate effectively to fill in the critical vacancies of her clients. She finds dealing with people from different cultures very interesting and highly engaging, hence her career goal of joining a multinational firm and connecting talents across the globe and find their matched skillset/jobs. Apart from these, she is also trying to perfect her skills in becoming a resource who can influence her colleagues and the organization positively.

Gwen loves to travel with family and friends, or  watch movies; give her a book and she will finish reading it in no time as well.

Shine has been in the recruitment industry for almost 5 years now with expertise on full cycle, end-to-end recruitment. She has worked for a number of Information Technology & Software Development companies across regions of US, Canada and Australia commencing her career in Recruitment and Talent sourcing. Earlier in her career, she worked for over 10 years in providing quality customer service in the banking and finance, mastering her skills in administrative and business support.

Outside work she loves to travel with her family and explore nature. Her ultimate drive to self-sustainability opened her great love for the outdoors and what it has to offer, making daily experiences the greatest teacher.
