The Role
Join their growing sales team to drive revenue and manage client relationships. You'll support the Head of Sales, work closely with marketing, and be the go-to for clients—balancing new business development with account management.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Pursue new leads with consultative selling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities and manage renewals
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery
To be successful you will bring
  • 3-5 years in B2B solution-based sales with proven success in revenue growth
  • Account management experience
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to present to C-level executives
  • Active listening and consultative selling expertise - you genuinely care about understanding client needs before proposing solutions
  • Relationship building mastery - you create trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Problem-solving acumen - you can think creatively to overcome challenges and find win-win solutions
  • Commercial awareness - you understand business drivers and can speak the language of ROI and outcomes
  • Sales certifications (e.g., CPSC, CISP) or willingness to obtain them are advantageous
  • Technology industry knowledge is highly valued but not essential - we'll provide comprehensive training
