Our client has an immediate requirement for a commercially saavy Generalist / Purest Senior Business Analyst to join their team located in Auckland.  Your role will include working closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager and others across the business in a variety of projects, all of which are designed to further enhance the services and capabilities of what they can offer their customers.  

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience!

• 5+ years commercial experience working as a Senior Business Analyst across a variety of industry sectors where you have battle scars and a few gems to share with your team
• An excellent ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation to find out what’s working now, and what’s not, and formulating a plan to transform
• A high level of motivation and drive and a desire to improve peoples lives
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities across all areas including assessment, current and future process, elicitation of requirements, user stories and documentation.
• Experienced working across cross functional teams, you will be a Purest Generalist BA who is confident, capable and can hit the ground running
• Experience working in a Product Environment
• A strong business acumen and the ability to engage with stakeholders and users to support, enhance and improve their platforms across the business.
