Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analysts with strong Salesforce knowledge and experience. You will have solid Workflow experience with the ability to capture requirements to build the workflow through Salesforce.
In this role you will apply your exceptional BA skills, techniques and activities to understand, validate, and articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years BA experience with strong Salesforce knowledge
- Experience in end-to-end elicitation and designing of requirements and processes enabling a high quality, fit-for-purpose solution:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements and technical specifications to build their Workflow through Salesforce
- Leading discovery working closely and managing stakeholders
- Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes within this Salesforce environment.
- ITSM experience required – ServiceNow would be advantageous
