Our client has an immediate requirement for a Team Leader - Data Warehousing to mentor and support the team of 14 focusing on building and developing data models that bring together data streams from multiple sources into the Data Warehouse to support the current and future needs of the business.    
  
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

• In-depth experience building a Data Warehouse that can support the current and future needs of the business including shifting to cloud technologies (Azure Data Factory)
• Proven experience in building and managing high performing teams
• Strong technical expertise including SQL, TSQL, Python, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Analysis & Modelling, Data Platform Architecture and SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Knowledge, skills, and experience to provide high-level technical expertise, mentoring, and embedding good SDLC practices across the team of developers and analysts
• Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skillsets with a strong customer focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and energize the team along with the ability to lead by example
