Our client has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned professional Principal Advisory - Security & Risk to join their high profile government entity.  Your role will include providing expertise advice and guidance to the SLT around Security, Risk, and Business Continuity programmes along with leading the charge internally amongst the team. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

• 5+ years’ experience working with all three areas of the government’s protective security requirements, with an emphasis on information security
• a tertiary qualification in business, management, or similar
• significant training and experience relating to risk management frameworks and standards
• experience developing and testing business continuity plans
• excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to Obtain a Secret National Security Clearance (10 years referenceable background in NZ)
