We're seeking a strategic technical leader to guide our client's Engineering Practice, ensuring current technologies are future-oriented. This role involves expanding and supporting engineering capacity through recruitment and training, aligning with our technology strategy and values.
You will be joining a dynamic team within a large, international, growing business.
Key Skills and Experience required:
- Significant experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in effectively leading and managing technical teams, cultivating a high-performance work environment
- Experience in project management, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering results within constraints.
- Strong decision-making abilities, with a history of resolving complex technical challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to both influence and effectively convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and developing IT professionals, creating a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Knowledge of various software development best practices and methodologies.
