Our client has an immediate requirement for a seasoned professional Squad/Tech Team Lead to join their global SaaS software house here in Auckland.   Your role will be 80% Development & 20% Leadership) and will include working with the team to create amazingly crafted, user friendly, intuitive and highly responsive SaaS software for your customers.    
 
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience; 

• 7+ years Commercial Experience Developing SaaS Software products for the commercial market
• At least 2+ years of experience leading a team (Role will be Hands On Development)
• Experience in C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices and Cloud Services
• Strong experience developing on AWS platforms
• Excellent skillsets mentoring, coaching, and guiding your team with career enhancement advice
