Systems Engineer

In this autonomous role you will be responsible for providing exceptional Level 2 onsite desktop support to both internal staff and clients.  You will be required to make frequent trips to Palmerston North & occasionally Levin. 

To qualify, you must have: 

• Solid Level 2 desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience of managing service requests and incident tickets, updating tickets and escalating tickets
• Good knowledge of networks, TCP, Wi-Fi, Layer 3 switching, firewalls, SDWAN, data connections, DNS, DHCP, Dmarc
• Solid experience managing and deploying common Office 365 services 
• Azure Cloud experience
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure B2C, on-prem domain controllers, conditional access, Azure AAD Sync, Hybrid AD
• 2+ years Intune experience
• Good experience with Windows 2012 – 2019 server and Linux operating systems
• Current Drivers Licence
• Exceptional communication skills 

Candidates must be willing to travel to Palmerston North potentially weekly and possibly Levin fortnightly.
